Role Overview

Cardinal Health's Presource® business is looking for a talented individual to lead a team of Solution Consultants.This role will be a hands-on leader of solution consultants and analysts supporting multiple business functions in optimizing business processes utilizing technology and analytics.This role will partner with business and IT leaders to solution new capabilities aligning to business objectives as well as manage on-going support issues.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, and a creative problem solver.

Additional Responsibilities:

Focuses on process analysis and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical solution options as they relate to the current and future business environment

Oversees multiple large projects and keeps alignment between business leaders and various IT groups throughout project lifecycle

Helps develop long-term business and technology strategies, feeding into Presource’s multi-year strategic plans

Coordinates and assists in tracking the application support services ensuring alignment to appropriate service levels to support the business

Fosters career growth and a strong team culture, recruiting, hiring and coaching staff

Leads and develops team members toward individual and corporate goals

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documentation, and application testing

Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements and underlying feature requests, recommend sound technical and business approaches, and lead efforts to deliver optimal solutions

Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external partners

Strong problem-solving skills; the ability to analyze problems and develop actionable and appropriate tactical plans quickly

Experience leading others

Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing and business intelligence tools

Highly experienced with data-driven decision making

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

8+ years’ experience in related field preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience driving workflow and business process improvement initiatives; including automating manual processes through engineering

Experience working with Tableau

Experience participating in software product road mapping and UI/UX design

Experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing and/or Healthcare
