What Physical Returns contributes to Cardinal Health

Physical Returns is responsible for managing product that is physically returned to Cardinal Health for our contract and title clients resulting in product disposal or return to stock.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of warehousing process and functions.
  • Demonstrates experience working in a warehouse environment coupled with strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and customers on occasion
  • Possesses understanding of quality/accuracy goals and objectives when executing daily job functions.
  • Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.

Accountabilities

  • Receiving, scanning, set-up, processing, and storage of returned product to 3PL
  • Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems
  • Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
  • Works under moderate degree of supervision with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience in related field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
  • MHE operator preferred
  • DOT HazMat Certification preferred
  • Frequent lifting and/or moving up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Must be able to stand for an entire shift
  • Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems
