We are looking for positive and team-oriented individuals to join our Gananoque manufacturing center to support the production department.

What Our Assembly Team contributes to Cardinal Health

The team performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production to put together component parts to make assemblies, sub-assemblies or completed units, using standard operating procedures. They may conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

Pay: $19.00 an hour

Job Requirements :

Duties and requirements of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Accountability for Product Quality and Safety Compliance.

  • Ability to work in a team environment on a shift rotation.

  • Ability to learn how to operate, maintain and troubleshoot Ultrasonic cutter equipment.

  • Ability to set up, make adjustments and change out material through the process.

  • Perform inspection and packaging duties

  • Ability to follow good documentation practices.

  • Perform line clearance procedures and set-up to support efficient and timely change-overs

  • Learn GMP and 5S methodologies.

  • Participate in Non-Conformance investigation and resolution where applicable

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent hand/eye coordination

  • Fast paced repetitive duties

  • Pro-longed standing

  • Ability to interpret and follow instructions

  • You have the ability to work in a 24/5 environment (rotating shifts)
