Director of Marketing - Vascular Compression, US

The Director of Marketing - Vascular Compression, US will oversee the development and execution of the commercial strategy for Vascular Compression in the US market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver on the top and bottom line financial commitments for Vascular Compression business in the US market.
  • Develop and retain a team of downstream marketing leaders in support of commercial plan execution.
  • Lead the development and deployment of content marketing & thought leadership strategy for the US market.
  • Translate market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales & profitability for the business.
  • Identify and remain current on market trends. Determine product/service lifecycle implications and make recommendations to maintain market competitiveness and to achieve sustainable economic success.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building a business & marketing plan including identifying the appropriate channels to market.
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment. Understand and demonstrate sound thought processes as it relates to pricing, deal structure and assessing financial implications.
  • Works effectively across cross functional groups including but not limited to IT, communications, operations, and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and Advanced degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in related field, preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience, preferred.
  • Travel up to 30%
