We are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner (maternity leave cover) for the EMEA Region, based in Ireland (remote or office based in Dublin).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
In this position you are responsible for the following (but not limited to) activities:
Finding the right talent in the market and partner with the businesses you serve and understand how to develop talent strategies across the Region;
Execute full life cycle searches for manager level and below positions to include: developing the search strategy, sourcing (including but not limited to proactive networking, internet searching, cold calling, resume mining, database searching, etc.), pre-screening and interviewing candidates to attract to the organization, develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to hiring managers/internal clients, and offer design and negotiation;
Proactively pipeline talent including designing, building and maintaining a strong and diverse network of potential candidates and utilize local and community resources
Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies
Assess candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred
Persuasively sell organization, role, and local area to candidates
Create positive candidate experience through problem-resolution, immediate response to candidate's needs, and delivery of exceptional service to candidate
Build solid relationships with business leaders and human resources professionals
Recruit talent for multiple disciplines and locations throughout the EMEA region
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 – 5 years recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment
English required; French speaking capability is a plus
Demonstrable experience of hiring in EMEA
Experience recruiting for professional spaces such as sales, marketing, IT, Customer Service or corporate functions preferred
Ability to successfully close passive candidates
Excellent client relationship skills, communicates proactively and consistently with hiring managers and candidates
